7 ways to beat DUI / Boston DUI Attorney / Boston DUI lawyer

40 Ways to Beat a DUI

If you have been arrested for DUI or DWI, it is obviously cause for concern—but not for despair. By hiring a quality defense lawyer who can protect your rights, there are a host of ways your case may be defendable.

  1. ILLEGAL STOP OF PERSON OR VEHICLE – a driver cannot be stopped unless the officer has a reasonable and articulate basis to believe that a traffic law or other law has been violated. Similarly, a person cannot be seized unless a violation has occurred.
  2. WEAVING INSIDE THE LANES IS NOT ILLEGAL – weaving without crossing any lines is not a violation of the law, and a vehicle cannot be stopped for that reason.
  3. ANONYMOUS REPORT OF DRUNK DRIVING – a car cannot be stopped simply because an anonymous citizen reported that the driver was drunk.
  4. STANDARD FIELD SOBRIETY TESTING IS INACCURATE – in healthy individuals, the one-leg stand test is only 65% accurate, and the walk-and-turn test is only 68% accurate in determining if a person is under the influence. Those persons with injuries, medical conditions, 50 pounds or greater overweight, and 65 years or older cannot be validly judged by these tests.
  5. NON-STANDARDIZED FIELD TESTS ARE INVALID – neither the Federal Government (NHTSA) nor medical science considers touching your finger to your nose, or saying the alphabet, or counting backwards, as valid sobriety tests.
  6. BREATH TESTING IS INACCURATE – virtually all experts concede that one breath test alone is unreliable. Breath testing is subject to various inaccuracies, including a variance as much s +/- 12.5%, non-specificity for ethanol, etc.
  7. BOOKING ROOM VIDEOS – Many police stations videotape suspects at the police station, where their speech is clear and their balance is perfect, in spite of police testimony to the contrary.

Shopping for sushi at Oto Japanese Market place in Sacramento

So today I decided that I would make my own sushi at home. I decided to visit Oto Japanese Supermarket in Sacramento. It is similar to a Trader Joe's in size.

Sadly, I came on a Monday when the head sushi chef at the sushi deli was unavailable. Usually Oto has a head sushi chef working everyday except Sunday and Monday.

Oto Supermarket however still had an awesome variety of sushi sashimi such as bluefin tuna, red tuna, and salmon. The sashimi is all pre-cleaned for you and ready to cut.

I also picked up 10 pieces of frozen shrimp tempura that I put into the oven.

On each roll I put avocado, crab and shrimp tempura on the inside. and then put salmon sashimi on top sprinkled with sesame seeds. Along with a spicy mayonnaise sauce I made using light mayonnaise and red chili powder.

3 Things I loved about Oto Supermarket.

1) The employees were all White or Japanese and spoke excellent english.

2) The people shopping there were mostly old japanese women, who unlike chinese women, are very polite and have great etiquette. One old japanese woman, stopped to talk to me while I was picking out my seaweed wrap for the sushi and gave me her expert opinion after looking at all the sushi wraps Oto supermarket had for sale.

3) The sushi sashimi was very fresh and did not taste fishy at all even though I came on an off day when they don't have their head sushi chef.

4) Pricing is very average, i'd say its about the same as buying from safeway.

Make your own Sushi in Davis, CA.

In order to make your sushi at home:

First you need to buy a high quality fish filet from a Seafood manufacture:

They usually have better quality fish than at supermarkets.

Mikuni Sushi Davis (Davis, CA 95616)

Mikuni's sushi in Davis next to the Border's bookstore and Pluto's is no where near as good as the Downtown Sacramento Mikuni on J street in downtown Sacramento, CA.

For one thing, they charge for Miso Soup or Edamame whereas at Mikuni's in Downtown Sacramento or at Taro's Mikuni's near Arden mall they come for FREE.

Come on now how much does it cost to give out FREE miso soup or Edamame.... like 30 cents?

Secondly, the Davis Mikuni's Sushi does not have fresh sushi like the Downtown Mikuni's. The sushi seems a little bit warmer then the crisp clean tasting downtown Sacramento one.

Thirdly, the Davis Mikuni's Sushi food takes considerably longer to come out even when you are ordering it to go. On the Davis Mikuni Sushi takes about 25minutes to come out after you order it regardless of who is there. Last time I went at 1pm when the restaurant was empty and it still took a long time. The chef's at Davis Mikuni are just slower in general. The Downtown Sacramento Mikuni's location takes about 10 minutes to have your order out to you even during peak hours. The difference is astounding!

You would think that Two restaurant chains that are 15 miles apart would be the same in quality. However, hands down the Downtown Sacramento J street Mikuni's location is much much better than the Davis, CA Mikuni's location.
